NEW HELP PORTAL: SEVICE PROVISION LOCATOR

The Tax Agency has incorporated into its web page a new help service, which will try to solve the main doubts that an entrepreneur may face when carrying out operations with foreign clients or suppliers:
- This service, called "Service Provider Locator", has been incorporated into the VAT and Immediate Supply of VAT Information (SII) portals.
- This tool indicates where a service is located and, therefore, if it is subject to VAT; who must declare the VAT accrued in the operation; if the VAT is due or not, etc.
